FAQ
Safety, Respect & Chemistry
How do I report inappropriate behavior during an event?
If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, please speak directly with the event host and email us at [info@thesocialchemistry.com] after the event. Your comfort comes first — every report is private, and always taken seriously.
Is there a verification process for user profiles?
While there are no public profiles, we do verify participants internally through a combination of identity checks and photo confirmation to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
What happens if someone violates the community guidelines?
Violations are reviewed by our team. Depending on the situation, we may issue a warning, remove the individual from future events, or permanently ban them from the community.
Does Social Chemistry perform background checks on its users?
We do not conduct formal background checks. However, we take all reports seriously and reserve the right to remove anyone who poses a risk to the community.
What safety measures are in place for in-person meetups?
All events are hosted by trained trusted partners or trusted community members. We provide clear event details, encourage connections, and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or misconduct.
Can I control who can message or contact me?
There is no messaging system between participants. All interactions happen in person during events, which helps maintain privacy and reduce unwanted contact.
How does Social Chemistry verify event hosts or organizers?
Hosts are carefully selected and go through an onboarding process that includes identity verification, training, and alignment with our community values.
Is there a code of conduct for events and group interactions?
Yes. Every guest agree to our Code of Conduct, which promotes kindness, respect, and inclusivity.
What are the core values of the Social Chemistry community?
We value authenticity, curiosity, respect, and connection. Our goal is to create spaces where people feel safe being themselves and open to meaningful interactions.
Can I report someone for breaking the rules or being disrespectful?
Yes. Please let the host know during the event or contact us afterward. We count on every guest to help protect the atmosphere that makes SC unforgettable.
Membership & Flexibility
What payment methods are accepted?
We make it effortless — pay with any major card, or choose Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay to split your investment into easy installments.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes. Flexibility is part of the design. Pause, switch, or cancel anytime — you’re in control. (See the package and membership page, Terms & Conditions section for more details).
How the Experiences Work
Can I use Social Chemistry to meet people for friendship, instead of dating?
Social Chemistry is built for love — but chemistry doesn’t always mean romance. Many guests come with an open heart and leave with deep friendships, creative partnerships, or the kind of genuine connection that simply makes life better.
How do I find events happening near me?
You won’t have to search — we’ll invite you.
Once you’re accepted into The Society, you’ll receive personalized invitations with the date, time, location, and dress code for experiences curated specifically for your group.
Every event is designed around compatibility and chemistry — not convenience.
Are all events in person?
Yes. Always. SC is about real chemistry — no screens, no swipes, just people.
What happens if an event is canceled or rescheduled?
Yes. Life happens. You’ll receive options to credit, or reschedule.
Can I invite friends who aren’t on Social Chemistry to an event?
Occasionally, members are invited to bring a guest.
If you’ve been selected, your friend will receive a private invitation and may attend at the member event rate ($349).
Afterward, they can apply for membership if they’d like to continue the experience.
Note: to preserve balance and compatibility, friends may be placed in a separate group depending on their archetype and energy match.
How do I get directions or transportation info for an event location?
All event details — including the address, nearby transit, and arrival guidelines — are shared in your private invitation once your spot is confirmed. We keep locations discreet until then to preserve the intimacy and flow of each experience.
How early should I arrive at an event?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in, settle in, and meet the host. It helps set the tone for a relaxed experience.
What if I click with someone during my event—can we be grouped together again?
If both of you express interest in reconnecting, let the host know or email us after the event. We’ll do our best to pair you in future experiences.
How can I reach out to someone I clicked with?
Since we don’t offer direct messaging, you can request a reconnection through the host or by contacting us. If both parties agree, we’ll help facilitate a follow-up.
Can I search for people manually instead of waiting for matches?
No. Social Chemistry is designed around shared experiences, not profile browsing. We believe the best connections happen naturally, not through swiping.

General Inquiry
What types of people typically use Social Chemistry?
Social Chemistry attracts thoughtful, self-aware people who value depth, curiosity, and real connection. Most are professionals with full lives — they’re not looking to scroll, they’re looking to meet someone who feels real. Friendship, chemistry, or something in between — it all starts the same way: with intention.
Are there any age restrictions for joining Social Chemistry?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to attend our events.
Can I share content like photos, articles, or videos?
Social Chemistry experiences are generally photography-free for guests — we want you fully present in the moment.
Our event hosts or assistants quietly capture a few candid photos to preserve the atmosphere. After the event, you’ll receive access to a private gallery where you can download select images as keepsakes.
You’re welcome to share those photos and tag @socialchemistry, as long as the content reflects our tone — elegant, respectful, and true to the moment.
Can I use Social Chemistry for team-building or corporate events?
Not at this moment — but possibly in the future.
We’ve received interest from companies looking to bring the Social Chemistry approach to their teams, and we may explore it as the brand grows. For now, our focus remains on small-group experiences designed for personal connection.
